01-29-2025 -- Quick note, unless something happens

Howdy all. More nasty winds last night. Peaked with gusts in mid 40s mph. As the day begins, it was 38 and semi sunny with winds 20-35 mph. But, temperatures are to drop all day. AGAIN. I can’t believe how often the day here begins with the temperature at the warmest for the day.

Snow did recede a little overnight, and road looks clear too.

Anyway, the sun is to go away, winds are to slow down, temperatures to drop, and snow begin. Not a lot expected, but I am done with snow for the year — I wish.

I did get one more “knit” print done. A few of these will be packaged up for a gift to some one soon. Likely next week.

That is a knitted mouse. I put it on a mousepad for this picture. Seems to fit nicely.

I have another item printing right now, and may update this with the picture later. It is done at around noon. This is also going as a gift. Good Luck to Katie on starting a new career, and have a Happy Birthday too.

Next week I plan on doing some 2D printing. Printing off tax related stuff. 1099s, medical payments, taxes paid, and various paperwork for my Federal/State 2024 taxes. Once they are printed off, and I do a quick write-up on what I earned/paid to give to a tax accountant. I’ve quit doing the actual filings when I moved up here. Sadly, the tax prep person I used the last four years retired for family reasons, and I need to get a new one. She gave a couple of possibles. I’ll call the one that handles things like she did. But need to get my stuff organized first.
